1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our website and services. You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, uploading viruses, or attempting unauthorized access.

2. Products & Services

All products and services displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product or service without prior notice.

  • Vehicle prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated.
  • On-road prices may vary based on RTO charges, insurance, and accessories.
  • Vehicle images shown are for representation purposes only. Actual colors and features may vary.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud (with full refund).

3. Bookings & Orders

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount and issuance of a booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to the following conditions:

  • Booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled by the customer after vehicle allocation.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on manufacturer supply and RTO processing.
  • We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
  • Vehicle registration is subject to RTO approval and document verification.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payments through multiple modes including cash, cheque, bank transfer, and secure digital payment gateways. All transactions are processed securely.

  • Full payment must be made before vehicle delivery unless agreed financing is in place.
  • Finance approvals are subject to the respective bank/NBFC's terms and eligibility criteria.
  • We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
  • You are responsible for all charges on your order, including any additional accessories or services.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Service

All new TVS vehicles come with manufacturer warranty as per TVS Motor Company's standard warranty terms. Warranty coverage includes:

  • Standard manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty period varies by model — please check your warranty card for specific details.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage from unauthorized modifications.
  • Extended warranty options may be available at the time of purchase.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • Booking cancellations must be requested in writing or through our registered contact channels.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Vehicles once sold and registered cannot be returned unless covered under the manufacturer's replacement policy for major defects.
  • Accessories and merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

7. Service Center Terms

When you avail our service center facilities, the following terms apply:

  • Service appointments are recommended but walk-ins are accepted subject to availability.
  • Estimated service completion times are indicative and may vary based on parts availability and job complexity.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during service.
  • Old replaced parts will be returned to the customer upon request, except those covered under exchange schemes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, logos, text, designs, and graphics is the property of Kiara TVS or TVS Motor Company and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

TVS and related logos are registered trademarks of TVS Motor Company. Use of these marks without authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiara TVS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
